Tuxera also offers solutions that extend the lifespan of flash memory and prevent unexpected storage issues. Additionally, the company’s software ensures optimal performance by securely capturing flowing streams of data from multiple sources that are securely captured on the hardware.
The goal was to find a reliable partner for website maintenance
Our collaboration with Tuxera began years ago when the company was searching for a dependable partner to manage, develop and maintain its websites. Without an in-house web developer, the daily technical needs of the sites, such as updates, fixes, testing and improvements to design and user experience, lacked a clear owner.
Tuxera also wanted to improve its analytics and gain more accurate and up-to-date data to support decision-making. The company needed a clear solution where analytics tracking, reporting and dashboards would work reliably and support the marketing team.
They needed a partner who could take full ownership of the websites, solve technical challenges and ensure continuous development. They were also looking for someone who understood their business and marketing goals, not only the technical implementation.
Continuous development for Tuxera’s evolving business and marketing needs
Throughout our collaboration we have supported Tuxera extensively and brought in technical expertise that has helped the company’s websites evolve continuously. Most recently we carried out a full redesign of Tuxera’s main website.
Comprehensive support for web service development and maintenance
Following Tuxera’s brand renewal we launched a major website redesign together, starting with a thorough user experience design process using service design methods. This phase was carried out by our partner Antti Laitinen from Grafiant, who guided the workshop process and ensured that all needs and user journeys were reviewed carefully before moving on to design decisions.
Once the UX design was complete, our UX UI designer Hanna finalized the interface and experience designs for implementation.
The site was built on a modern WordPress stack using the Bedrock boilerplate and a custom Sage theme. To manage the site’s extensive content, we created several custom post types and used PHP, Laravel and JavaScript throughout the implementation. The search functionality was built using the REST API, and we developed a custom WordPress tagging system to ensure consistent tagging in line with marketing guidelines. We also added Ajax support for ACF fields to streamline content management and created user roles tailored to Tuxera’s organizational needs.
We have supported Tuxera in maintaining and improving their websites in various ways. We have handled technical updates, bug fixes and testing, which has improved site stability and performance. Thanks to our fast collaboration model, issues have been resolved quickly and long-term development has progressed steadily. This has kept Tuxera’s websites reliable and evolving in line with business and marketing needs.
We built a dedicated document library for Tuxera that improves information management and allows documents to be used more efficiently. The UX UI design of the library followed A level accessibility requirements.
We also carried out an analytics project for Tuxera, defining tracking across all their websites and the document library. In addition, we created a Looker Studio dashboard that provides the marketing team with real-time performance insights and supports data-driven decision-making.
Tuxera’s websites now use a cookie management solution and Google Consent Mode V2 to ensure GDPR compliant data collection and to enable effective use of analytics data according to user consent. We have also supported Tuxera in SEO and Google Ads conversion tracking.

We have taken care of the technical maintenance, updates and bug fixes of Tuxera’s websites.
