We map your current processes, identified pain points and previous experiments before the workshop.
A facilitated workshop where we go through the identified processes, assess their suitability for AI and make a joint decision on the first pilot. At the same time, we evaluate the key factors affecting the feasibility of the pilot, such as data quality and availability, information security requirements and required integrations.
The workshop can be carried out remotely.
A written summary including the selected pilot with justifications, an assessment of feasibility based on the key technical and operational constraints, an initial cost and schedule estimate, and a recommendation for the next steps.

During the workshop, we go through the following steps:

- We prioritise the options and jointly select the first pilot.
