Hurja’s AI Sprint is an intensive process in which we analyze your company’s needs and identify the best AI solutions for your business.
Our experts facilitate the workshop with a clear, structured approach. The discussions are practical and rooted directly in your situation. During the sprint we map AI opportunities, assess their feasibility, and create a clear roadmap for further development.
The workshop is compact and efficient—and can also be run fully online. The sprint includes:

Our design services combine customer insight, business objectives, and digital possibilities into concrete concepts. Visualizations, user journeys, and prototypes help you grasp the solution before actual implementation.
AI-Sprint phases
An AI Sprint is a fast, two-day process.
Pre-analysis and preparation (about 15 min)
- Before the actual workshop, we use a brief pre-survey to map your company’s goals, challenges, and business processes. The survey helps us understand where artificial intelligence could add value.
AI workshop—identifying opportunities (2–3 h)
During the workshop we cover these stages:
- Identifying use cases – Where can AI deliver the most benefit to your company?
- Ideating solution proposals – What kinds of AI solutions can we develop?
- Prioritization and business-impact assessment – How will the chosen solutions support business growth?
Reporting and next steps (1–2 working days)
At the end of the sprint, we compile a clear report that includes:
- The key findings documented during the workshop on how AI can benefit your business
- A prioritized list of AI solutions, with impact and feasibility assessments
- Recommendations for the next steps needed to put AI into practice
