The goal of finding a reliable partner for website maintenance
Our collaboration with Tuxera began when the company urgently needed a reliable partner for website management, development, and maintenance. Without an in-house web developer, daily technical needs—such as updates, troubleshooting, testing, and design and UX improvements—were left without a dedicated owner for their WordPress-based websites. This led to errors and performance issues that complicated website usability and diminished the user experience. Managing Tuxera’s websites began to spiral out of control, and restoring stability required finding a new, trustworthy partner without delay.
Additionally, Tuxera aimed to advance their website analytics and move toward data-driven decision-making. This required the technical implementation and configuration of web analytics, precise definition of measurement points, and the setup and optimization of analytics tools like dashboards. They needed solutions that would not only ensure technical stability but also support marketing and business development through data insights.

We began by taking responsibility for technical maintenance—updates, troubleshooting, and testing—which has improved the stability and performance of their sites. Quickly and efficiently resolving several issues restored functionality and enhanced the user experience. After addressing initial challenges, our focus shifted to long-term website development to better meet Tuxera’s business needs.

Document repository
During our collaboration, we have also supported Tuxera in building a separate document repository that enhances information management and enables efficient use of documents. The UX/UI design of the repository was developed with A-level accessibility requirements in mind.
Google Analytics configuration and Looker Studio dashboards
As a separate project, we established analytics measurement points for all Tuxera’s websites and the document repository, and created a Looker Studio dashboard to give the marketing team real-time insights into site performance, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Cookie management and marketing support
Additionally, we implemented cookie management and Google Consent Mode V2 on Tuxera’s websites to ensure GDPR compliance while maximizing analytics efficiency. We also supported Tuxera with search engine optimization and Google Ads conversion tracking setup.
Extensive website redesign
Following Tuxera’s brand renewal, we recently launched a complete website redesign, initiated through a service design process in collaboration with the advertising agency Grafiant. The aim of this redesign is to create a user-friendly, business-supportive website that meets Tuxera’s evolving needs.
