Hurja Solutions Oy acquired the software business of Klopal Oy

Software company Hurja Solutions Oy has acquired the software business of Klopal Oy, a software development company specialized in digital solutions for the construction and real estate sector. The acquisition strengthens Hurja’s expertise in both the digitalization of the construction and real estate industry and the use of artificial intelligence.

The business acquisition is part of Hurja’s growth strategy, which aims to strengthen its position as a driver of digitalization across industries.

New clients and an office in Turku

The business acquisition took effect on August 5, 2025. As part of the transaction, Hurja Solutions Oy assumed responsibility for Klopal Oy’s software development customer agreements, maintained software, and related services.

The acquisition also enables Hurja to open a new office in Turku, as Klopal Oy’s CEO Eero Mäkitalo joins Hurja as a solution consultant. The Turku office is located at Yliopistonkatu 31, 3rd floor, 20100 Tur

Through the acquisition, Hurja gains additional industry-specific expertise and insights, particularly in the use of artificial intelligence. Hurja is investing strongly in the use of AI in its software solutions as part of its future development. This strengthened expertise further improves Hurja’s ability to provide innovative, business-driven solutions for the construction, real estate, and other industrial sectors.
