Hurja Solutions Oy is broadening its ownership base
Artificial intelligence has transformed the way businesses operate by speeding up decision-making, streamlining processes and automating tasks that previously required human labor. There are more ready-made AI applications available than ever before, and these enable businesses to adopt AI quickly and cost-effectively.
But how far do these tools go without custom application development? Every company has its own needs and systems, and no off-the-shelf AI application can perfectly accommodate all business processes. Here, we’ll look at a few AI applications and their use cases – and consider when a custom AI solution might deliver even greater benefits.
Employees are the key to growth
One of Hurja Solutions Oy’s strategic choices is to be the best place to work for its employees, which Hurja believes is the key to growth.
Over the past year, the company has implemented numerous changes to both its organizational structure and its operations. Over the course of the year, a group structure has been established to support our objectives, in-house product development has been scaled back, and resources have been channeled into other areas of key importance for the future. Focusing on our core business – namely, software development for client projects – is the best way to strengthen Hurja. Our in-house expertise enables both our own success and that of our clients. This is also supported by the historic decision to broaden Hurja’s ownership base.
The aim of all the measures taken is to promote the company’s profitable growth, in line with Hurja’s strategy.
