Hurja Solutions is one of Finland’s best places to work

Hurja Solutions is one of Finland’s best workplaces, as published by Great Place to Work in 2022. Hurja came 9th in the small businesses category.

Great Place to Work® surveys around 150 organizations in Finland each year and, provided they meet the criteria, awards them Great Place to Work certification. Of the certified organizations, the 50 that achieved the highest scores in the survey are also published annually on the ‘Finland’s Best Workplaces’ list.

The study is based on Great Place to Work’s definition of a good workplace: a great workplace is one where employees trust their organization’s leadership, take pride in what they do and enjoy working with their colleagues.

A workplace that’s been proven to be absolutely brilliant

In autumn 2021, we commissioned the Great Place to Work® Trust Index employee survey for the first time, as a result of which Hurja was awarded Great Place to Work® certification.

The staff survey carried out in the autumn revealed that our employees consider Hurja to be a fantastic place to work overall. When asked whether “overall, this is a really good place to work” – a statement from the Great Place to Work® survey – 100 percent of Hurja staff agreed!
