Hurja Solutions Oy has been awarded Great Place to Work® certification

This autumn, for the first time, we commissioned the Great Place to Work® Trust Index employee survey, as a result of which Hurja was awarded Great Place to Work® certification.

Great Place to Work® certification is a trusted and globally recognized accolade for an outstanding employee experience, a corporate culture based on trust, and a commitment to building a great workplace. The employee experience is assessed through the anonymous Trust Index employee survey, and the certification is therefore based on employees’ genuine experiences.

A workplace that’s been proven to be absolutely brilliant

The staff survey revealed that our employees consider Hurja to be a fantastic place to work overall. When it came to the Great Place to Work statement ‘Overall, this is a really good place to work’, 100 percent of Hurja staff agreed!

The average of all the statements – that is, the overall Trust Index score – was 94 percent, which is also a brilliant achievement. So, the results were outstanding, but we also identified key areas for development; by focusing on these, we will make Hurja an even better place to work in the future.
